It was all an unusual sound from an unexpected place – started with a dumpster. A pedestrian noticed that the unconscious of the metal container, the cry of desperate crying echoed, a word that they could not ignore it. At first, they were hesitant to be uncertain about what they were listening. But they were more closely listening to the perception: they were not random sounds but there was sad shouting of living animals in need of help. Determined to do the right thing, they immediately contacted the Tullahoma Animal Shelter for assistance, set at the speed of heartbreaking and hope.
Animal control officer David Reid and Chris Cabral were immediately sent to the scene. Emphasized in sympathy and visual determination, two rescue reached the location, yet they were not aware of the heartbreaking philosophy waiting for them.
When the Reid and Cabral entered the dumpster, their hearts were submerged. Inside, at the bottom, there was a tightly sealed white trash bag. At that time the cry was closed, replaced by an unstable silence. But the rescuers knew that they could not hesitate. With cautiously, they used a net to pull the bag out of the dumpster.
There was a painful moment of opening the bag. Put a small dog inside, grab the momentless and barely. His small frame was embedded in wool mats, his breathing seemed so shallow that it was wasted.
“We feared that we were too late,” Reed remembered later. “He was not walking, not crying or sprinkling. However, as soon as he started breathing shallow, we knew we had to work quickly. “

The dog was later taken to the veterinary clinic called Oscar. His condition was awful. The most dehydrated and weak, Oscar survival possibilities seemed thinner. In order to stabilize his fragile condition, he was given subcutaneous fluid to solve his dehydration and drugs.
As the veterinary team operates, they started sorting the Oscar to remove the wool mats by weighing him. They surprised what they got. The Oscar was first weighing six pounds, but after removing the thick and painful mats, its weight fell to four and a half pounds. The neglected fur left a weak and imacated york with a unacceptable will to survive.
“Oscar’s transformation was not miraculous,” Tullahoma Animal Shelter’s animal control manager Cherry Royads shared. “He went on to show significant signs short of recovery from lifeless puppies.”
As the Oscar was stable, he was kept in a lovingly celebrated house where he could recover in a safe and nurturing environment. His personality, though initially subjected to, began to burn with the joy of care and attention.
“Oscar has a little sass from him,” Rhodes laughed. “His favorite activity is gathering in blankets for NAP. He likes to be held, but only when it is suitable for him. He is full of curiosity that he makes her loving.
Despite its growing power, the Oscar recovery is not without the challenge. He dislikes taking his drugs with eyebrows and ointment but he tolerates them as part of his healing process. His foster family ensures that he has received the necessary care and the Oscar realizes that he is in a safe place in the end.
The Oscar story is still being revealed. The investigation is being investigated to uncover how he ended his immersion in such a horrible situation. Until the investigation is completed, Oscars are not available, though many have expressed interest in giving him a permanent home.
